Haley's Horse Cake

This cake was for a sweet girl named Haley who was turning 11.
She absolutely loves Horses.
So I came up with idea to do the horse on the front of the cake.
This cake is the mother cake of all.
It was sooooo heavy.
She wanted Red Velvet with Cream Cheese and
Chocolate Cake with Raspberries and Vanilla Buttercream.
I was able to incorporate both.
I have to tell you the reaction from kids when they she there cake is priceless.
Her face was great.
I was so happy to be apart of her special day.
Happy Birthday Haley!!!

Chelsea's Baby Shower Cake and Blanket

This cake was for my sisters friend Chelsea.
We made a dummy cake because they did not want to cut
into the cake and mess it up.
So sweet.
I also had the opportunity to make the blanket underneath the cake
as a center piece on the table.
The things you will do for sisters.
Gotta love em!!
I am so in love with these flowers.

Well here it is.

Catherine's Sweet 16 Party!

This cake was for Sweet Catherine who is turning 16. She had a happen party.
I loved this cake. It was very modern. She wanted a Vanilla cake with Vanilla Buttercream and Red Velvet cupcakes. Instead of adding the red food coloring for cupcake I thought it would be cute to use purple food coloring to go with the theme.
So Fun!!!
Happy Birthday Catherine!!

My Grandpa Scheel turned 80. We had a big celebration in Utah for him.
