Enrichment Night Cupcakes
I was asked to make the cupcakes for our enrichment.
I decided to make my own modeling chocolate and try to work with it.
Needless to say I loved it.
I had so much fun making these chocolate flowers on the cupcakes.
No more yucky gum paste for me.
Can I say the women decorated for the evening beautifully.
Love the cake stands.
I have a problem when it comes to cake stands. In my mind you can never have to many.
(sorry for the crappy photos. I forgot my camera so I took them on my phone)

Gehrig turns 8!!!
Oh how I love this little man.
This birthday is a very big one in our church.
Gehrig made the choice to get baptized and become a
member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints.
We are so proud of him.
If you know anything about Gehrig he is the most fun loving dude around.
I asked him what he wanted to eat for the party after the baptism.
In Gehrig true fashion he wanted:
Macaroni and Cheese
Caesar Salad
Avocados
Edimane
for dessert he wanted a Chocolate Cake and Donuts.
So I thought what about combining them.
It was perfect with the donuts because they made the number 8.
And let me tell you, it was delicious.
I love you Gehrig!!
Thanks for always being you!!!

I made this cake as a surprise for Talise on her 16th Birthday.
She loves volleyball and is great at it.
I had a lot of fun making this cake. I love coming up with ideas in my crazy brain
and seeing it come to life.
